Marc brings more than 30 years’ experience to Lone Rover Construction (LRC), spearheading facilities management and project management for large capital developments, including more than $2.5 billion worth of construction projects during his career. He has project experience in retail, restaurant, office, industrial, medical, manufacturing and semiconductor/ clean room construction.
Prior to joining LRC, Marc was Executive Vice President, Global Operations and Chief Procurement Officer for Suniva Inc., a solar panel and cell manufacturer. He was responsible for all real estate, construction, facilities management, logistics, production planning, order fulfilment, procurement, risk management and IT functions for the company.
Previously, Marc was Vice President of Real Estate and Construction for Aaron’s, a NYSE listed company based in Atlanta, where he was also a Section 16 executive officer. Under Marc’s leadership, Aaron’s successfully grew from 300 to 1,500 locations in seven years.
Earlier in his career, Marc was Vice President of Corporate Services for Health Images, a NYSE listed company (later acquired by HealthSouth), and managed the real estate development, construction, facilities management and capital equipment purchasing for all of the company’s medical outpatient diagnostic centers.
Marc began his career with Wendy’s as an Area Construction Supervisor and Manager after graduating from Georgia Tech with a B.S. degree in Architecture and Building Construction. He is an active member of many industry and professional associations and has served on various advisory boards including being a founding member of Georgia Tech’s Facility Management Program.
